I imagine that you have heard about the "Law of Attraction." It means that your words, beliefs, thoughts, and what you imagine are all magnetic. Therefore, being positive can create positive results.
Of course, the opposite is also true. When I am not creating what I want, I ask myself, "What am I thinking, etc." Once I am aware of the negative influence, I can change it to a positive one. The HART (Holistic And Rapid Transformation) process I developed helps you do just that.
It helps me feel empowered no matter what is going on in the outside world. I learned a long time that if I want to succeed I need to first shift myself internally. Then I magentically attract what I desire, and I take the actions necessary to enjoy the success. So can you!
Have a Happy, Empowering , Successful New Year!

Enjoy a Spiritual Thanksgiving
To me, all the holidays have a spiritual aspect. Of course, this one is about sharing your gratitude. To me, everyday is a thanksgiving day. Everyday there are things, events, and people to be grateful for, including yourself.
I often say, "An attitude of gratitude is a high altitude." What I mean by this is that it takes you to a higher level of counsciousness. There is basically only fear and love consciousness. Gratitude, being thankful and appreciating are all examples of love consciousness. It feels so good and attracts more positive things and people into our lives.
Everyone needs appreciation at all ages. Express your gratitude and watch a smile cross the person's face. You are likley to respond with a similar happy expression.
Thanksgiving also reminds us to give to others, family, friends and strangers. Since everyday is thanksgiving, it serves everyone to look for ways to give to others unconditionally. It feels so good and it makes a difference in other peoples' lives and ours.
Happy Thanksgiving!

"Economy Stimulus Program" to Enhance Your Spirituality
The "economy stimulus program" I am referring to is not regularly publicized. In fact, many people do not know what it is. It is merely how I see a major opportunity to turn inward and base our happiness on trust and faith, as well as doing what we love, being grateful for what we have and for the opportunities to serve others.
Ironically, the tough economy has offered many people more time to enjoy their life and make major changes. The illusion that things are our security, or what we need to be happy, is crumbling. Whether you have a lot or not, the key to inner peace is loving yourself, staying positive, and keeping your life simple, so that you can enjoy everyday, no matter what happens out there in the world.
An attitude of gratitude gives us lots of joy and an openness to receive and give even more. Making a difference in other people's lives makes a difference in our lives. We all have gifts to share and a life purpose. These make life meaningful and much more fulfilling than any things we may have.
When we enhance our spirituality, we live from more love, trust and faith.
We feel more peacefully powerful. We are in the divine flow. We are happier and healthier.

Information Vs Transformation
Information is great, but is it always enough? In my counseling sessions, workshops and books, I offer important insights and solutions. However, then I also offer guided visualization exercises to help people transform. The results have been phenomenol.
For example, Mary new that she was angry at her parents. However, only after I helped her heal her issues with them, with my HART (Holistic And Rapid Transformation) process, did she release the anger and feel great.
She was also able to forgive her parents and improve their relationship. Mary experienced a transformation.
In summary, information is important but often it takes more than that to change--to experience a transformation.

No More Excuses! Go for it!
I love that President Obama is publically saying, "No more excuses!" There is proof, by the many people who have overcome extremely difficult times, that we all can succeed. It is a matter of constantly asking yourself, "What can I do to improve my environment and myself?" It is a daily committment to choose to act from love rather than fear. It is a willingness to accept responsibility for yourself and what you have created.
Do what you need to do to grow and raise your self-esteem. Be kind and loving to everyone, including your loved ones. Teach childen how to be kind and loving by your words and actions. Avoid repeating the painful, negative patterns that you may have experienced as a child. Break the pattern! Spend quality time with them. Tell them you love them. Support them to be themselves and not who you want them to be, or could not be. Love and honor them and yourself, and make a diffference. Take control of your life and move forward towards your goals. No more excuses! Go for it!

The Personal Message of Independence Day
Many people will be celebrating this wonderful national holiday. I also see it as a personal celebration to acknolwledge our freedom to live from love instead of fear. That includes being true to ourselves and others, and following our heartfelt desires.
If we do not feel this way, then we can use this holiday to remind us to set our goals to release our fears, so that we can be who we are and reach our personal and professional goals. We do deserve to be independent, successful, happy and healthy.

Faith and Trust
During these difficult financial times, our faith and trust can be very helpful. Many people are hopefully realizing that their security is not out there but inside of them.
In the past, one of the benefits of being a teacher and government employee was job security. Obviously, that is not the present reality. Many people felt comfortable matching their expenses to their income without having much of a cushion. Even more men and women lived beyond their income with the use of credit cards.
No doubt that these times are financially tough, but hopefully we can also benefit by learning from the experience. It is important to have a budget and save money first before the rest is spent. Some financial experts call it, "Pay Yourself First!" It is also helpful to control our buying so that it does not control us.
Finally, let's make the best of the situation and keep the faith and trust that the economy is recovering now. Let's help others in any way that we can. That helps them have trust and faith, too. Our thoughts are very powerful. Together we can emerge even better economically and as more caring and trusting people.

Our Problems are Universal
I have been traveling and moving often in the last four years. I have lived in Australia for nine months and visited New Zealand twice. I also spent a total of 10 months in Hawaii, dividing my time between the four major islands. My journey took me to Sante Fe, New Mexico, Ashland, Oregon, Southern and Northern California, Florida, and Puerto Rico. They are all beautiful places that I have been grateful to enjoy.
In the past, I have lived in Brooklyn, New York, The Foothills of the Sierra Mountains, and Sedona, Arizona. Being an extrovert, I love to interact with people. As a Marriage, Family Therapist for nearly 30 years, I have counseled many people internationally.
One of my observations is that wherever we live, whoever we are, whatever we do, we all have the same basic issues to resolve. We all improve our lives, when we grow to the point that we can avoid attaching what others do or say to our self-esteem, which includes our self-worth. We are okay no matter what others do or say! This concept helps everyone resolve many problems as well as prevent emotional pain. It feels so good when we remember this truth. What people say or do is about them and not us. We are okay!

New "Healing Sounds From Arcturus" CD Channeled with Steven Halpern
I have had the honor and privilege of creating a transformational, healing sounds CD (and Mp3 audio) with world famous Steven Halpern. People are saying they are receiving amazing results. It helps them feel better about themselves, get into a very deep relaxed state, and easily fall asleep. After the channeled healing sounds help to open the heart, heal the soul, feel joy, etc., there are 33 affirmations (positive thoughts) that help raise self-esteem, the key to health, happiness and success. It is such a joy to have another way to help people to love themselves to peace! Testimonials and the story of how the CD came about is on my website, as well as samples of the healing music. http://www.angeloncall.net/angel/healingsoundscd.html

Website Networking and Marketing by Helene Rothschild
I lady I know requested a quote about networking. This is what I was inspired to write.

"Extreme Make-Over Home Edition" Best TV
I am so impressed with this Sunday evening television show. It restores our faith in the caring, loving aspects of human beings. The men and women creating the make-overs demonstrate extreme compassion, humor, and appreciation of the recipiants of this great gift.
The families go on vacation while their homes are leveled to make room for the new ones built in only one week. Each family member is interviewed to find out what they are interested in, so their decor can be designed for their unique personalities and interests.
Sometimes the community members raise enough money to pay the mortgage, purchase a much needed vehicle, and/or provide the children with college scholarships. So much more is given unconditionally that it warms the heart and reminds us to care about our fellow citizens. Needless to say, I highly recommend this wonderful reality show and I hope to see many more like it.

Spirituality Can Help Everyone During These Times
I will never forget what a Russian man said at a lecture before the wall came down. "The oppression encouraged the Russians to go inward and develop their spirituality."
Fortunately, we are not ruled by a dictatorship in the United States. It is helpful during these tough economic times to be very grateful for that fact. It is also helpful to develop our spirituality.
We can be spiritual and religious. We can also be spiritual and not religious, as well as religious and not spiritual.
What is the important difference? To me, spirituality is a state of trust and faith in the power of love and kindness. It is the state of our being which functions from our all-loving, all knowing, unlimited spiritual part.
It is the part we express by our caring and making a positive difference in anyway that we can.
To feel good during these times, focus on what you can do to be more caring to others and yourself. Be positive and grateful for everything and everyone. Then, when the recession ends, we can raise our heads up higher than ever before, because we have become a more spiritual nation and a model for many others!

A Letter to President Obama
Dear President Obama,
Thank you so much for having the courage to be who you are and follow your heart. I truly believe that you are, and will, make a major difference in many people's lives, as well as the country and the world.
You have the wisdom, clarity and heart to consider all people, and to overcome the corruption, greed, and unfairness in many areas.
I have compassion for what was handed to you during these difficult economical times. However, I know you can help us proudly stand-up again and live the true democracy our founders created. I know that the American people have and will stand-by true leaders for the good of all.
I ask that you spend the financial incentive mostly to create jobs that can benefit our schools, bridges, highways, hospitals, etc. I am convinced that giving people money to purchase things is not going to stimulate the economy in a way that will be effective for a period of time. People need jobs to feel productive and good about themselves. There are many wonderful ways people can earn a living and make a difference.
I also ask that you help people see that a lot money is not what makes them happy. However, high-self-esteem and making a difference will. Expressing love to their families and others, and spending quality time with them is very important. I believe that you are already modeling those things beautifully.
Thank you for being you! I also thank your family for supporting you to lead this wonderful country.
Thank you for all your time, energy, and perseverence to make a major difference.
Many blessings to you and all of us,
Helene Rothschild, MS, MA, LMFT
