When I love myself, I am centered and all my relationships improve and feel good. That is because I do not take what they do or say personally. I found this to be a key to life.
For example, if my daughters, friends, or partners do not call me I can feel unimportant. When I realize that I am important no matter what they do or say, I feel fine.
When I realize the truth that I am okay no matter what anyone says or does (or I say or do) I feel great, because I am loving myself unconditionally. I may not like what I did or said but I still love myself. I then forgive myself and choose to act in a loving way.
